Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune
Manage and maintain Azure infrastructure components such as virtual machines, networking, storage, and identity services
Support and monitor Meraki network devices (firewalls, switches, access points), ensuring connectivity and performance across sites
Assist in the implementation of infrastructure projects, including migrations, upgrades, and new deployments
Monitor system performance and availability using appropriate tools; respond to alerts and incidents in a timely manner
Collaborate with the London-based team to ensure consistent infrastructure standards and documentation
Contribute to automation and scripting efforts to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
Maintain accurate records of configurations, changes, and procedures
Participate in an on-call rotation or extended support coverage as needed
